Work Camp Registration Forms:

The first download includes:
a.) JP Work Camp Information Brochure 2009 (contains information on policies, changes for 2009, and more)

c.) JP Child Protection Policy Summer 2009 (must accompany the work camp application)
d.) JP Cancellation & Participation Policy Summer 2009 (must accompany the work camp application)

JP will gladly print these color flyers and mail them for you to use in promoting your JP mission trip for next summer. Post them in the hallways, youth room, etc, for students to get more information for the JP mission trip. Fill out the info below and we'll mail them to you right away!

Work Camp Forms: Available January 2009

1. 2009 Preparation Manual (NOTE: This pdf document is 58 pages in length and contains color text.  The color text differentiates the various camp locations.  We recommend that you print this on 3-hole punch paper and on a color copier.) Available January 2009

2. 2009 Adult Leader's Handbook. This document is for all adult leaders who will be attending the Jeremiah Project this summer.  The document is 11 pages.  Please print in color if possible and ensure that all leaders receive a copy prior to coming to JP. Available January 2009

3. 2009 Medical/Insurance Form, Covenant of Participation Form, Photo Release Form.  NOTE: These forms are included in the 2009 Preparation Manual but are available here as a separate download for those just needing these three forms.  Available January 2009
